I’d like to introduce everyone to Jamie Clements. Over the last four years he’s been increasing more valuable to me. He originally did a little mechanical work, then helping me with some pick-ups and delivery. Recently I’ve been teaching him the intricacies of Bike Fitting. He has an intuitive understanding of bicycles ... from the mechanical end to fitting and customer service ... he stays!

So of course, how do you make an employee happy … take him to Las Vegas (the Interbike Trade Show). He absorbed information like a sponge! It was great to have him there … he had some creative ideas and valuable feedback.
